In order to maintain high standards, we only take on a limited amount of orders per week, it is therefore advised you get in touch at least 1 month before your event in order to avoid disappointment - although in some instances we may be able to take on last minute requests. 

Please note that all our items are hand-made so variations in appearance may occur. If your order is a different size or finish from the one pictured on our website, it may look slightly different due to the different proportions or technique used to achieve your desired result.
